Biography

Jean-Sébastien Moore holds the Canada Research Chair in Integrative Biology of Northern Aquatic Resources. He specializes in evolutionary biology, molecular ecology, conservation genomics and behavioral ecology. He applies these approaches to the study of northern aquatic animals, particularly fish. His research program also aims to integrate the local perspectives and issues of human populations living in the North.
